Our school is built on trust, integrity and friendship and it operates in an atmosphere that is positive, caring and inclusive. The health benefits of tai chi are well known and it is our aim to bring this good thing to as many people as possible. Different people come to our school with different goals such as health, friendship, culture. It is our objective to help our students achieve their goals and realize their potential through the teachings of tai chi.

Levels are introduced in our curriculum to help students better understand the requirements and track their own progress. Instructors pay close attention to the individual development and progress of each student. Our classes are suitable for all ages and varied levels of fitness. Visitors are always welcome to drop-in and observe the classes.
