Description

Yang Style Level 1, 2, 3

This is suitable for beginners with no previous Tai Chi experience. Yang Traditional Form is taught.

Chen Style Level 1, 2, 3

This is suitable for beginners with no previous Tai Chi experience. The Chen First Form is taught.

Wu Style Level 1, 2, 3

This is suitable for students with no previous Tai Chi experience. The Wu Traditional Form is taught.

Yang Style Advance

This is suitable for students who have completed Yang 1, 2, 3.  This is a refinement of the Yang Traditional Form with advanced Tai Chi principles taught.

Chen Style Advance

This is suitable for students who have completed Chen 1, 2, 3.  This is a refinement of the Chen First Form with advanced Tai Chi principles taught.

Wu Style Advance

This is suitable for students who have completed Wu 1, 2, 3.  This is a refinement of the Wu Traditional Form with advanced Tai Chi principles taught.

Cannon Fist Level 1, 2

Previous completion of Chen Advance is required.  The 71 moves of Chen Style Cannon Fist Form is taught with explosive power (Fa Jing).

Yang Sword 1, 2

Previous completion of Yang Advance is required.  The 38 moves of Yang Style Sword Form is taught.

Chen Sword 1, 2, 3

Previous completion of Chen Advance is required.  The 57 moves of Chen Style Sword Form is taught.

Competition Sword 1, 2

Previous completion of any Form Advance class is required. The 42 moves competition sword form is taught.

Conditioning

Previous completion of any advance class is required. Focus is on the training of internal power (Jing) and physical fitness.

Theory and Application

Previous completion of at least 3 terms of form advance  class or completion of 2 form refinement + push hands class. Ji Hong Tai Chi text book is required.

Push Hands

Previous or concurrent attendance of any Level 1 class or other Tai Chi experience is recommended. Tai Chi Push Hands is a two-person exercise consisting of pre-defined and free style movements.

Youth Tai Chi

This class is designed for the younger students; incorporating forms, push hands and conditioning as part of the curriculum. Beginners are welcomed.

Practice (All Levels)

This is a practice class for students from all levels. The format is informal with instructors or senior students available for Q&A.
